In this project I am taking an older illustration I created in one day, for an Inktober event, and re-creating it into a larger more expansive piece.

To clarify, Inktober is a drawing challenge created by the artist Jake Parker where a list of prompts for every day in October is shared. You do not have to do every prompt, but the full challenge would be to do one prompt every day!

This particular prompt was from the 2019 challenge prompt “pattern” and I really wanted to go all out on detail, patterns, and textures. And what is more magical and built for juicy, detailed lineart decadence than a fairy queen and her entourage?
